My husband and I work from home, have a 13-month-old daughter, and are looking for one-off in-home childcare support. Grandma is the main childcare provider, but things come up and we need a backup plan. Drop-in care could range from 2 to 10-hour days. You must be comfortable with dogs (we have one Pitbull-Lab mix who is an absolute sweetheart). We’d expect if the care is over mealtimes that food and bottles be fed (we supply both). If you like walks that’s great as we have a stroller and plenty of trails and parks nearby. Otherwise, lots of toys to play with and books to read inside our home. It goes without saying as well that if you are sick or have been around anyone who is sick, we insist you decline the request. It’s flu season and we’d rather not all get sick! 😊 Ideally, we build a rapport with one or two care providers and continue to work with you moving forward, for continuity with our daughter.
If this all sounds interesting to you, please email me your bio, certifications training and education, general availability, expected rate and any other information.
Thanks so much,
Andrea
