Our Maple Ridge company is currently seeking a permanent part-time bookkeeper (20-25 hours per week) to join our team! This position could lead to full-time for the right candidate.
Pay Rate: $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience.
Medical & Dental Benefits after 3 months.
Flexible days and hours after training is complete.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
- Administration of benefits plan and electrical apprenticeship programs.
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records.
- Compute and record numerical data.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of Sage 50 Cdn is a MUST!
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Able to work with little or no supervision.
- Knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word.
